However, in cases where visible mold is present, spot treatment with Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus is required before applying NewBuild 50.

This product forms a strong bond with surfaces, resists water, and can easily be painted over. Its low-VOC, solvent-free formula ensures safe use for both applicators and building occupants. NewBuild 50 is suitable for application on wood, drywall, concrete, and other unfinished surfaces, and its active microbial-fighting ingredient, silver nitrate, acts as an excellent primer for latex paint while providing a long-lasting barrier against microorganisms. With coverage rates of up to 1,000 square feet per gallon and a shelf life of 18 months in a climate-controlled environment, NewBuild 50 delivers industry-leading value.
