When rust inhibitors are required in your cleaning process, this concentrate, diluted in water, performs extremely well. SevereRinse provides up to a year in rust free parts when used in conjunction with the post cleaning process combined with any of the other Sever cleaners in our line up and based on the concentration levels added. Since this is not manufactured as a cleaner, it should be applied immediately after a cleaning step for best results. SevereRinse has best outcomes when added to a heated tank of 140 ̊ to 180 ̊F.

Although designed for cleaning lines, all of these cleaners can also be used as contact spray cleaners as well. These cleaners will be placed into a cleaning machine designed for the process flow of manufactured products in the industries listed above.
