SevereEruption can be used for brightening of stainless steel, copper, bronze metal and removal of rust on steel parts when combined with higher temperatures. This chemical is safe to use in ultrasonic, spray and spray wash applications.
SevereEruption can be used for brightening of stainless steel, copper, bronze metal and removal of rust on steel parts when combined with higher temperatures. This chemical is safe to use in ultrasonic, spray and spray wash applications. On the acidic side of the PH, this cleaner will clean and brighten many different metals producing an almost unthinkable brighter luster. Using buffing compounds and normal shop contaminants are normal for this cleaner. Temperature range preferred is 140 ̊ to 170 ̊F for optimal performance. This cleaner is a fantastic cleaner to brighten a stainless-steel process tank, simply fill at a 15% concentration and let sit for 48 hours to brighten most stainless-steel tanks to a like new finish.

Although designed for cleaning lines, all of these cleaners can also be used as contact spray cleaners as well. These cleaners will be placed into a cleaning machine designed for the process flow of manufactured products in the industries listed above.
