NewBuild 50 - Moisture Barrier for New Construction
For effective results, our NewBuild 50 mold prevention product should be applied to NEW, unfinished building materials. This is ideally done in applications of new construction. This is not only an excellent way to create a moisture barrier to prevent your surfaces from growing mold, but it also is an excellent primer for latex paints. This product can be sprayed on or applied with a paint brush/roller.

X90 - Strong Moisture Barrier & Mold Stain Remover Solution
Anabec's X90 solid white moisture barrier is an effective option for unfinished building services looking to block evidence of staining from mold contamination. The moisture barrier solution can be applied to framing lumber, plywod, OSB, brigh, block, unfinished drywall, and more. This moisture barrier is effective by the use of nano-technology which allows the ingredients in X90 to penetrate the building material surface. When applied, the result is a strong, durable, solid white moisture barrier that covers up stains from mold and resists moisture uptake in the surfaces it is applied to. This can be applied via airless sprayer or rolled on/brushed on.

X70 - Effective Moisture Barrier Solution
Anabec's X70 moisture barrier solution is similar to that of the X90. However, this isn't designed to completely hide and block out mold stains like the X90. Instead, it provides an equally strong moisture barrier to keep building materials dry and free of mold growth. The X70 moisture barrier solution is excellent when used for a latex paint primer. This product can be applied to framing lumber, plywood, OSB, brick, block, unfinished drywall, and more. When applied in tandem with the Cleaner by a trained applicator under the Anabec, Inc. Warranty Program, X70 carries a 30 year transferable warranty. X70 is available in 5 gallon ready to use pails.
